Our delivery service uses Gig Logistics to deliver both within and outside Lagos state. We provide home delivery to all locations in Lagos and a few other states, while orders from other states can be picked up at the nearest Gig office.
If you prefer to have your delivery outside Lagos sent through a local bus, please let us know by contacting us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp message. However, please be aware that sending deliveries through a local bus is done at the owner's risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss in transit if you choose this option.
Frequently Asked Question
All orders that are being shipping go through a processing period of 1 to 2 days. Once processing is complete, your item will be shipped out. If there are no shipping delays with the courier, delivery time is usually 24-48 hours for locations within Lagos and 2-4 days for outside Lagos deliveries.
We send tracking information to customers via email when the label is created. Therefore, tracking information is not available immediately after purchase and may take 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday) for the customer to receive it.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and link. You can use these to check the status of your shipment and know when to expect your order.
We will try to update your shipping address if you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order, but we cannot guarantee it. Please double-check your information before placing your order. Once your order has been processed at the courier office, we cannot change your address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@wishclosetshop.com with your order number or message us on Instagram/WhatsApp.
